Most custom builds take 9–14 months from groundbreaking to move-in, depending on size, complexity, weather, and permitting. We provide a clear timeline before construction begins.
Can RGB build on land I already own?
Yes. We have built on customer-owned land throughout the Poconos and Lehigh Valley for nearly four decades. We can also help evaluate the buildability of a parcel before you purchase.
Do you offer house plans I can personalize?
Yes. Our House Plans portfolio includes more than a dozen plans, from the Creekview to the Vista View, that you can personalize and build on your lot or ours.
What is included in RGB's warranty?
Every new RGB home is backed by a Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC) 10-year structural warranty, along with our own 90-day and one-year courtesy check-ups.
